GrassRoots Leadership Workshop

Doug Krug is co-founder of Enlightened Leadership Solutions and co-author of Enlightened Leadership: Getting to the Heart of Change. In its 30^th printing, the book is used as a textbook in numerous colleges and universities, as well as corporate and government leadership development and change management programs.

Doug teaches as part of the Public Safety MBA Program at John Hopkins University, OPM’s Western and Eastern Management Development Centers, Labor Department’s SES Candidate Development Program, Veteran’s Affairs’ Health Care Leadership Institute and has worked with the Special Agents in Charge at the FBI Academy.
